Internships in areas of less than 5000 inhabitants

Rural Campus is an initiative developed by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, in collaboration with the Ministry of Universities and the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE).

This programme will enable university students of any official degree to complete their training by carrying out academic internships, both curricular and extracurricular, in rural areas with depopulation problems.

Characteristics

• Duration of the scholarships from 3 to 5 months, between May 15th and November 15th, 2023.
• The allowance will be a maximum of 1000 euros, subject to the withholding of personal income tax and Social Security contribution obligations. Payment will be made monthly in arrear.

Requirements

• Being enrolled in an official undergraduate or master's  degree of the University of Vigo in the 2022  /2023 academic year in accordance with the profiles defined in annex II of the call. 
• For undergraduate studies, to have passed 120 credits of the degree in which they are enrolled at the end of the application period.
