Iberia Women STEM Event 2023

The Iberia office (Spain and Portugal) of McKinsey is organizing a two-day virtual workshop that will bring together distinctive Women STEM candidates (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). A unique opportunity for Portuguese and Spanish students finishing their studies between 2023 and 2024. During the program, attendees will have an opportunity not only to learn more about McKinsey, but also focus on personal development, stressing the importance of building real confidence.

Our expert Coach will show you how to build a positive mindset and coping mechanisms which will give you power to feel empowered to make the right decisions and build levels of real confidence that feel right for you.

March, 17th afternoon: Workshop Case resolution

Learn more about the significant work we do and the types of clients we help. In this Workshop, you will have the chance to work on an interactive business case study with peers and McKinsey consultants. In addition, you will have the opportunity to hear how our STEM consultants face and overcome challenges and grow together, supported through our mentoring and collaborative relationships.

How to apply

If you are finishing your STEM Bachelor's or Master’s degree between 2023 and 2024, McKinsey & Company invites you to meet other students from Spain and Portugal with similar interests to yours. If you are interested, please submit your application before March 5th, 2023.
You must send us a single document in pdf format including:

• CV
• Academic transcript (only for Spanish schools).
• A letter of motivation in which you should tell us why would like to participate in these Workshops.

              
You must send all the required documents to be able to review your application.
Please note that your participation does not require any preparation or prior business knowledge.
On March, 9th you will know if you are one of the candidates selected to attend the event.
