Next Generation Women Leaders 2023 - Mckinsey & Company

McKinsey passionately believes in developing outstanding leaders and promoting diversity, both at our firm and in the world at large. Next Generation Women Leaders was created to support talented women from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
 
The Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA program kicks off with a three-day virtual event on April 20 – 22 where attendees will explore the importance of women in leadership, develop a sense of connection and create a long-lasting community. The program will continue with weekly workshops and informative virtual sessions throughout May and June, where you will have a chance to participate in training sessions with McKinsey consultants.
 
Attendees will be invited to small, local meetups (virtual or on-site) to meet McKinsey consultants and recruiters, and network with other NGWL attendees. Upon attending our NGWL EMEA event, a digital certificate of attendance will be provided to confirm your participation.
 
To be considered for NGWL EMEA, you must be currently based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (or have strong ties with Europe, the Middle East, or Africa).

You must also be:

• A Bachelors, Masters, MBA or PhD student graduating no later than 2024 OR
• A professional with up to eight years of work experience
